Here’s a sample recipe
Easy Version of Red Sangria
Ingredients
1 bottle red Spanish table wine
1/2 cup orange juice
¼ cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)
Orange slices
Lemon Slices
Apple slices
1/4 cup of raspberries
8 ounces of sprite or 7 up or you can substitute carbonated water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the sprite or carbonated water and let stand in a pitcher for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Add the sprite or carbonated water just before serving.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
Here’s the Kicked Up Version of red wine sangria
Ingredients
- 1 bottle red Spanish table wine
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)
- Orange slices
- Lemon Slices
- Apple slices
- 8 ounces of sprite or 7 up or you can substitute carbonated water
Directions

It’s always fun to try the simple things before you move on to the more advanced. Red Sangria is no different. The above recipes are very easy and fun to make and drink. But what do you do when you wnat to be a little more exotic or serve your guests something unique.
