The following two recipes enhance those flavors.
Not sure what a green apple mood is, but I just know if you like a little sourness, this sangria is for you. If like green apples but not the tartness, then increase the sugar and you’ll be fine. Green Apple White Sangria Wine RecipeIngredients
Directions Set aside enough fruit to fill your glasses halfway. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. Combine sugar, apple liqueur, lime, lemon, peaches and apples in a large pitcher. Add the bottle of wine and refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours. Just before serving, spoon reserved fruits into glasses and pour sangria wine over top fruit. Top glasses of sangria off with a splash of carbonated water or sprite and serve.
Kicked Up Traditional White Sangria Wine RecipeOK, the above recipe is if you like the tartness of green apples. But what if you’re craving citrus with a little kick? Then you’ll love the white wine, brandy and orange liqueur flavors. Whew-hoooo brandy!! Ingredients
In a pitcher combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur and sugar and orange juice. Set the club soda aside. Add the orange and lemon slices, and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. Add the club soda or sprite and serve over ice. It’s always fun to try the simple things before you move on to the more advanced. Sangria is no different.
